The Dandy Cat Rescue team has many decades of combined experience in re-homing cats and kittens.
First and foremost, our goal is to ensure that you find the feline with the right fit for your home, to ensure that everyone is happy, we do not re-home based on looks.

If you are considering adding a cat or kitten to your family, then this is how we like to go about it:

  • 1. Complete Adoption Form

    Complete our online adoption form here.

  • 2. Review Adoption Form

    Once we have your form, we will review it and get back to you!

  • 3. Visit Cats & kittens

    If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home

  • 4. Adoption Fee

    If your adoption is successful we ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via bank transfer or cash either at the home visit or at an agreed time thereafter. We currently do not have eftpos, credit or debit card facilities available.

  • 5. Ownership

    You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. After four weeks, we will transfer your kitty’s microchip into your name (you will be notified by email form Central Animal Records). The transfer cost is included in your adoption fee.
